The holidays are fast approaching, and with the holidays comes all those new toys and gadgets that take batteries. So which battery lasts the longest? A South Carolina TV station put several to the test.

The found a child's toy that runs on AA's, on that runs on AAA's, and they also found a flashlight that runs on the big honking D batteries. 

The brands they tested were Duracell, Rayovac, Energizer and Family Dollar brand batteries.
